I am updating this review to address the General Sales Manager’s response. While the dealership’s public statement sounds accommodating, it does not align with the actual policies enforced at the service desk.
1. The "Pinellas County" Shuttle Contradiction
The GSM states that the shuttle drops off "throughout Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg." In practice, however, the service department enforces a strict 8-mile radius cap. this dealership has been trying to avoid fixing my car for months not each time I bring it in. I wish I could give this dealership 10 out of 5 stars!!! We bought a very nice used car from them 11 months ago. Ten months after purchase there was an issue with the car from before we bought it. The extended warranty company would not cover it for reasons I won't go into. The repair was going to cost about $2000.

Walked in with no appointment, found Matt Geno right by the door and asked if I needed help. Within a short time I was test driving a 2024 CX-5, and shortly after that, had a easy purchase experience. I did have to leave and come back the next day to take care of the financing, but that was because I had to work! Everyone here was super friendly, overall, probably the best experience I've had going to a car dealership.

John was fantastic, even though things didn't go entirely as expected with regards to the ongoing rough idle, etc and idler pully/AC that wasn't his fault. His ownership of my concerns and determination to see it through was impressive and much appreciated. Things happen sometimes, it is how the dealer handles these situations that makes the difference! I had an emergency situation where my 2001 Miata was overheating. I had just purchased it in Miami and was driving it to St. Louis, so this was a major inconvenience! I contacted them regarding a car they had advertised. Sonny, was the salesman that responded to me via email and then we spoke by phone. He was attentive, listened to what I wanted, was patient and stayed in touch with me, without any pressure.

We found the sales people were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful without hovering and pestering and pressuring us as some do at other dealerships--those with whom we won't do business because of their tactics.
